12/16/2024 0 Comments Florida Parents Can Now Get Personalized Certificates for Their Kids from Santa ClausThis holiday season, Florida children are in for an extra treat with a special collaboration between Commissioner of Agriculture Wilton Simpson and Santa Claus. To keep the Christmas magic alive and ensure traditions continue, the pair are offering personalized Certificates of Clearance, officially confirming that Santa and his reindeer are cleared to enter Florida to deliver gifts. "We are pleased to offer these special keepsakes to let children across Florida know that Santa and his reindeer are officially cleared to enter Florida and deliver gifts to your home with a little help from Florida’s agriculture industry,” said Commissioner Wilton Simpson. “Christmas reminds us of the importance of family, tradition, and faith. It is an honor to do my part in preserving this special season for Floridians." These personalized certificates are a fun, memorable keepsake for children. Each one is customized with the child’s name and signed by Commissioner Simpson, adding a personal touch to Santa’s visit. They are the perfect way for families to celebrate the season and bring some holiday cheer. Santa Claus himself commented, “The people of Florida have been so kind to me and my reindeer over the years, and I’m thrilled to work with Commissioner Simpson to make this season extra special. Rudolph and the team are excited to fly over Florida homes, fueled by the finest Florida-grown treats!” To get your child’s very own certificate, parents and guardians can visit christmas.fdacs.gov. After creating an account, they’ll receive a digital certificate that can be printed and displayed before Santa’s big arrival. In addition, Commissioner Simpson will issue an Emergency Order later this month, waiving any regulations that might delay Santa’s travels across Florida on Christmas Eve. More details on this order will be announced once it’s in place. For more information about this festive collaboration and to get your personalized certificate, visit FDACS.gov.
