If you answered yes to either of those questions, look no further than this ground level ranch home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This gorgeous Weeki Wachee River rental with availability this September is situated directly on the main river and can accommodate up to six people at a time -- so split the bill!

And it gets even better, the listing says "all rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated with each one having a view of the Weeki Wachee River. The backyard has stairs into the cool clear water to swim or launch kayaks." Additionally, six kayaks are included for guests to use -- I'm a huge fan of kayaking the Weeki Wachee River myself and it ensures you will get a chance to enjoy the river without fighting the crowds at the state park. 

This particular rental is not dog friendly, but children are welcome to join in on the fun. You will have access to an off-road two car parking spot and a grassy area in the neighborhood can be used for additional parking. 

A three-night minimum stay is required and the average nightly price for the rental is $236. If split between six people, that is less than $40 each. 

Is it worth it? Well, according to the standing 5-star rating the rental has, we like to think so. 

"The location on the river is ideal for us with little kids they are able to play on the sand bar and it’s near the park. The house is very cute and accommodating. Raymond (the host) went above and beyond to accommodate us. We can’t wait to go again. The house had everything we needed to have a great stay," one of the 67 reviewers said.
