Amidst recent circulation on social media of videos depicting individuals playing in the floodwaters of Hurricane Hilary, one may be tempted to do the same given the opportunity. However, the Florida Department of Health shared their "Emergency Information" webpage on Twitter today ahead of Idalia's landfall, linking to a fact sheet that strongly advises against any unnecessary contact with floodwaters.
