*Uncovering Florida is in no way affiliated with the Emo's Not Dead Cruise or attending bands; they receive no revenue from ticket sales.* Ahhh, the gloomy days. A sick side-swoop bang, hair dyed blacker than your heart; the tightest pair of skinny jeans squeezing at your ankles that are stuffed into that favorite pair of red Chuck's you wear with everything. You don't go anywhere without your iPod loaded with songs from August Burns Red, My Chemical Romance, and Bring Me The Horizon. Well, elder emo's, rejoice — because now's your time to bring the good ol' days back. One cruise out of Miami, Florida next year will give you a chance to bust out those old skinnies and your slickest swimwear while partying with your favorite iconic bands of the genre in the Bahamas. "We’re stoked to set sail on the @emosnotdead777 cruise [February] 26 - March 1, 2024." a Facebook post by August Burns Red reads, in part. "It is our understanding that breakdowns just hit different when you’re on a boat traveling across the open sea." August Burns Red isn't the only band to set sail on a sea of tears next February. They join the likes of 9 other artists, including Mayday Parade, Story of the Year, and Yellowcard, with more set to be announced at a later date.
