Hangout Music Festival near Florida drops 2 headliners, adds multiple more: Check out the updated 77 artist lineup
With Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores Alabama right around the corner, one would think the full lineup of artists would have been announced a while ago. However, a post made to the festival's official Instagram a week ago announces multiple new headliners, as well as a couple of artists falling off the roster.
The lineup already features some notable names such as SZA, Lil Nas X, Paramore, and Kevin Gates, but organizers have decided festival goers need even more music. Alongside a handful of other artists, Ashnikko, Highly Suspect, Hippie Sabotage, Meet Me @ The Alter, Deeper Purpose, and Harleigh Colt have been added to the list.
A comment on the Instagram post by Hangout Fest reveals that artists Alison Wonderland and Ashe will no longer take the stage, but it appears they've fallen off the roster on good terms.
"@alisonwonderland & @ashemusic will unfortunately no longer be able to play this year," the comment reads, "We wish them well & can’t wait to invite them back in the future."
You can see a full updated lineup of musical artists set to stir up the sands below; artists marked with a * have been recently added to the list:
As of publication, Tier 3 versions of all ticket types are still available for Hangout Fest, with all tickets being good for all 3 days. Prices will fluctuate with availability but currently run from $329 for a 4-pack of general admission tickets, to upwards of $2,399 for 3-day Super VIP offerings with all kinds of added perks.
Those not looking to drop big-big bucks on VIP tickets for all the extras can still snag a couple of convenience add-ons — a Hangout Shuttle Pass or powered storage lockers.
Those wanting to skip out on packing a portable battery can opt for a charging locker instead; for $60 more than admission, it'll keep your items safely stored and charged up so you don't have to worry about accidentally dropping anything while dancing in the sand or splashing in the ocean.
The Hangout Shuttle Pass is recommended as the easiest and safest way to get to and from the festival, and it's good for any line, anytime. For $70 on top of admission, you'll have as-needed access to the shuttle service aboard luxury coach buses — which also stop near most of the condo and hotel options in the area. The shuttle will run Friday through Sunday from 11 am until 30 minutes after each evening's final show.
The Shuttle service is also included in beach vacation packages where applicable. Vacation packages include heavy 60% to 90% discounts on stays at nearby participating hotels and resorts when purchasing VIP and Super VIP tickets for groups of 2 to 4 people.
Hangout Music Fest will take place Friday, May 19 through Sunday, May 21 2023 on the Beaches of Gulf Shores Alabama. Keep in mind when getting your tix that Hangout has a 6-pass limit per order, household, or customer account. Tickets can be purchased on Hangout Music Festival's website here.
