Healthy meets delicious at this Insta-worthy cafe north of Tampa

For a lot of people, healthy and delicious just don't seem to mix--that is, until now. Clean Juice, a locally-owned and operated health-based cafe at the Village at Mitchell Ranch Plaza in Trinity, Florida is making it their mission to blend the two together. 

"We are a family owned business [...] with a mission to provide organic healthy options to the Pasco county community," Jen, who co-owns the business with her husband, said. Their family just celebrated the cafe's two year anniversary on December 14. 

As the name suggests, that really sets the cafe apart from others in the area is that everything is organic and made in-house.

"What makes us different is that we are 100% USDA certified organic and we also do all of our cold-pressing in-house. We offer a full menu of ALL organic items including cold pressed juices, cleanses, fresh juices, smoothies, protein smoothies, acai bowls, toasts, salads, wraps, sandwiches and for a limited time during the winter months we have soup as well."

While the inside of the eatery offers a fresh, hip, Insta-worthy and inviting atmosphere that you could easily spend all day escaping the Florida heat at, what I personally love most about this spot is that it's within walking distance of other fun shops like Five Below, Home Goods and Sprouts! Plus, if you're feeling like treating yourself to some full-body wellness, it's also conveniently located right by a massage parlor. And best yet, because Clean Juice offers an array of premade items, you can easily grab and go.

With that said, now let's talk about what's popular on the menu. 

"[Our] most popular smoothie is the So Basic One as it's our strawberry/banana smoothie that everyone loves and we also have one called the Recovery One smoothie that is very similar but with protein and we use honey instead of maple syrup for that one. The most popular acai bowl is the Berry Bowl--loaded with blueberries, strawberries and bananas and topped with gluten free granola, banana, strawberries and goji berries make it a fan fave. Our most popular wrap and sandwich is the Cali wrap and Cali sandwich as customers love the avocado/chicken combo. Our cleanses are also very popular because we use cold pressed juices that are made in house and all organic making them safe and free of pesticides and chemicals so your body can get a true rest and reset."
