Pasco County Animal Services (PCAS) is teaming up with eight other shelters across Florida to present a Mega Adoption Event at the Strawberry Festival Fairgrounds starting on Friday, May 17, to Sunday, May 19 from 10a.m. to 5p.m. This three-day extravaganza aims to unite hundreds of deserving dogs with loving families. “We’re thrilled to be returning to such an exciting event,” says PCAS Director Mike Shumate. “This is a great opportunity to meet our adoptable pets from the Tampa Bay region and beyond – and to find the perfect companion for your family!” All available dogs at the Mega Adoption Event will have their adoption fees waived. Each dog is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to embark on a new journey with their forever family. The generosity of sponsors including the Team Godwin Foundation, Hillsborough Pet Resources Foundation, Friends of Animals Services (PCAS and Orange County Animal Services), and the Florida Strawberry Festival has made free adoption possible.
