4/7/2023 0 Comments Pick your own Easter bouquet for only $8 tomorrow at this wildflower field near TampaAre you a last minute shopper? If so, we have some good news. This weekend you won't have to push through the crowded isles at your local supermarket in hopes of finding the perfect bouquet to serve as your festive table centerpiece because Hunsader Farms located in Bradenton, Florida has announced that their U-pick flower field will be open on Saturday--and you can pick your own Easter bouquet for as little as $8. "We will be open on Good Friday (4/7), and Saturday (4/8). We will be CLOSED on Easter Sunday to spend time with our families," the farm's announcement post made yesterday states. Currently in bloom at the farm are zinnias, wildflowers and sunflowers. Admission to the field is $2 a person and it costs $8 for a foam cup that you can fill with as many zinnias and wildflowers that will fit. Sunflowers are a $1/each upcharge. If you want to make the trip extra special, you can spend an extra $4 for a souvenir cup or glass vase! Cups must be purchased to pick flowers with the only exception of sunflowers since they are by the piece. It is highly advised that you bring your own scissors to cut stems since some of them can be very tough to pick! If you go to the farm over the weekend, be sure to tag us in your photos so we can reshare @uncoveringflorida. And if you can't make it to the farm tomorrow, no worries. The fields will be open until the end of May/beginning of June. For more information on Hunsader Farms, be sure to check out their website here!
