Midtown Music Festival in Atlanta Georgia will feature a weekend full of performances from iconic headlining artists across the decades and multiple genres — and it might be worth the road trip for Floridians. Established in 1994 and making a return to Atlanta's Piedmont Park after cancellations as a result of gun laws in 2022, Music Midtown 2023 will feature a lineup of over 40 artists across 4 stages for 3 days, starting Friday, September 15, stretching through Sunday, September 17. From rock and roll to hip-hop, pop, electronica, and everything in between, the lineup has a little something and someone for every type of music lover. Alongside big names such as P!NK, Billie Eilish, Guns n' Roses, and 30 Seconds to Mars, festival-goers can also expect to see performances from other iconic artists such as Flume, The 1975, Niall Horan, Upsahl, Lil Baby, Incubus, Magic City Hippies, and many more. According to Music Midtown's website, the list of performers for Friday, September 15 is looking a little light, showing only 6 booked as of publication. With approximately 4 months remaining until the 3-day fest, Uncovering Florida speculates that more artist announcements may be on the horizon. We'll just have to keep our eyes peeled. Aside from a lineup of popular artists, Music Midtown will also feature a wide variety of mouthwatering food options from both regional and local restaurants, with vegan and gluten-free options also set to be available. The event is also set to offer an array of activities and giveaways from unique experiences hosted by the festival sponsors. General admission tickets will run festival-goers just over $100 a day at $350 for the whole 3-day weekend; however, you can also upgrade your ticket for an additional $10 to receive a 3D Collectible Credential and a custom Music Midtown lanyard to commemorate your visit. General Admission Plus and VIP are also available, starting at $515 and $950, respectively, and include access to extras such as special viewing areas and lounges, air-conditioned restrooms, complimentary drinks, and more.
