Over 400 people have already donated to a fundraiser created only two days ago to help raise money for a local murdered man's family after his untimely death.
"Hello our names are Kiley and Sara we have such heavy hearts That we have to write this our friend Brittany Dzoba and her Family received news that their beloved stepdad/husband Randall Cooke was found murdered on his last Uber eats run," states the GoFundMe, with over 17K in donations at the time of writing.
"Randall was the main source of income for Brittany’s mom so if we all could help give a little to help with the Funeral expenses and other living expenses. Please help Kathy Cooke so she can grieve the loss of her soulmate Randall and not have to worry about how she is going to make ends meet."
According to the Pasco County Sherriff's Office, Cooke's body was found last week on Moog Rd. in Holiday, Florida, after he was reported missing and a suspect by the name of Oscar Solis has since been detained.
"After thorough investigation, Oscar Adrian Solis, 30, the individual previously detained, has been arrested for homicide," an update from the Pasco Sheriff's Office made on Monday reads, in part.
In addition to the social media updates, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office uploaded a news conference video discussing further details on the case which can be viewed in full through their Facebook page here.
"[...] please pray they get justice for Randall [...]," the GoFundMe notes.
Currently, the GoFundMe has a goal of 40K and lists Brittany Dzoba as the beneficiary. You can donate or read more by clicking here.
