This one photo shows why everyone 'hates' Florida this time of year

It's that time of year when everyone is feeling the chill in the air...except Floridians. WFLA shared a picture this morning saying "Happy Hate Florida Day," and honestly, I totally get it as someone who has spent most of their life in the north. Here's the photo:

While obviously the "hate Florida day" thing is a joke, only meant to poke fun at the rest of the nation for being jealous of our winter weather, the temperatures listed are not! It's a beautiful, sunny 80 degrees in central and south Florida, though some of our northern residents aren't quite so lucky with temperatures dipping into the 50s and 60s. 

But, with all of the nation's temperatures considered, even north Florida isn't doing too bad today.

That said, don't get too jealous, it's not always this nice. Florida does still experience cold days, sometimes even snow in the northern regions. 

But do let this be a lesson that maybe you should start taking more vacations down south in the winter.
