According to a social media release from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, a wanted felon was served a warrant and arrested on Halloween. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office deputies, K9 Drago, and Street Crimes Unit worked together to serve the warrant to Brandale Swails for his participation in a business robbery. After no response from multiple commands to get Swails out of the residence, K9 Drago searched the entire home, finding the felon concealed inside a bedroom under a large mound of clothing. Accompanying video footage shows a portion of the arrest in action. Brandale Swails, who was wanted for Robbery with a Firearm and Armed False Imprisonment was arrested. “I’m proud of the dedication and teamwork displayed by our Street Crimes and K9 units in bringing this subject to justice,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “The tenacity of our deputies, backed by their extensive training, continues to keep known felons off our streets, preserving the security of our community.” Article by Rachael Volpe
