Those hoping to get a little taste of Japan right here in the Sunshine State may want to check out one boba Shop in Tampa Bay this weekend — as Rose Gold Tea Labs serves up the fluffiest Japanese-style souffle pancakes every Saturday and Sunday.

Available all week long? All the teas, boba creations, lemonades, and jam smoothies your heart could ask for. Whether you want something rich and creamy or more fruity and refreshing, you'll have plenty of flavors to choose from, from Brown Sugar Crème Brulee and Tiramisu to Passion Fruit Green Tea.

They even have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, and dairy-free options available, as well as a limited flavor menu that rotates monthly.

While only available on the weekends, it's Rose Gold Tea Lab's Kumo Fluff Cakes that seem to take the cake. Specially prepared souffle style to create an airy sponge texture, their Fluff Cakes flavors also rotate monthly, save for The Classic, which sticks around every weekend.

The Classic comes with a smattering of maple syrup and whipped butter. Current specialty flavors on the docket include creme brulee and pistachio cream.
