*Uncovering Florida is in no way affiliated with Uncorked Wine Festival or ZooTampa.* Consider yourself a connoisseur of fine wines or simply a fan of the fruity alcoholic beverage? A wine festival coming to a zoo in Tampa next month may just need to find a place on your calendar. Uncorked Wine Festival is coming back to Tampa for its 3rd annual Tampa Wine Fest on Saturday, September 23, this year taking over ZooTampa from 7 pm to 11 pm. Vendors will be slinging a variety of more than 150 wines and bubblies from across the globe. This 21 and up-only event allows adults to sip on tasting options & savor eats from a lineup of on-site food trucks while enjoying some of their favorite enclosures at the zoo after hours. Three different ticket options will be available, with VIP admission running for $100 and offering access to a VIP pavilion with a DJ, lite bites, and some incredible wineries, as well as early admission at 7 pm. Early admission at the $80 price point gets visitors in at 7 pm as well, allowing for 4 full hours of tasting and access with the smaller first-hour crowd. General admission is only $65, granting 8 pm entry and 3 hours of tasting and zoo exploration. All tickets include unlimited wine tasting, with food items sold separately for early and general admission ticket holders. Ready to sip and snack at ZooTampa?
