We're all a little mad here, right? However, the new Alice in Wonderland-themed bar in Orlando, Florida has little to be mad about, with a vibe that will truly make you feel like you fell down the rabbit hole.
Originally slated for an opening in October of 2022, the highly-anticipated High-T Orlando finally opened its whimsical world to the public at the tail end of April 2023 and is now accepting reservations for their over-the-top themed spot.
According to reports from Orlando Weekly, the location is set to open in three phases, starting with cocktails and live entertainment before extending operating hours, adding an afternoon tea service that can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic, as well as debuting small meals on its rooftop deck — which features an ornate birdcage that can be reserved.
Aside from the psychedelic design that will transport you to a real-world take of the wonderland described in Carroll's source material, the cocktail menu accentuates the mood with drink titles also taking on the theme with names such as "Maybe I'm Dreaming", "Travel by Hat", "Curiouser and Curiouser", "The Untimely Hare", and "Offwiththeirheads.exe," just to name a few.
The bar was a collaborative creation between Bar None Creations and Elevated Marketing Group, the masterminds behind Orlando's Cocktails & Screams and 1-Up. High-T is only one of the several themed bars the company says they plan to open downtown.
As of publication, those hoping to fall down the rabbit hole at this bar will have to make a reservation. You can find High-T at 23 West Church Street downtown. Their full hours are listed below.
