As many of you may already know, I love featuring local businesses on my blog -- and even more so when they are veteran owned, so I am super excited to present today's feature on Theresa Fox's business. 

Traveling Fox Scented Creations is a travel-themed candle business based out of Riverview, Florida, that started less than a full year ago. Fox says she turned her hobby of making candles and wax melts into a business late last year in November, 2020.

"Travel the World - one fragrance at a time," is her slogan and her goal is to bring the smells of places all over the world to your home.

She produces a variety of scents at different times of the year all centered around different areas of the globe like French Lavender Field, Irish Countryside, and Venetian Peach Bellini. 

"​This summer I had a scent called Sunshine and Citrus and it smelled like orange blossom. I plan to have more beachy, tropical scents next year," she told The Sunburnt Blogger in an exclusive interview.

To make her wax, she uses a soy blend with wooden wicks and clean fragrance oils. 

"I try to use as many natural ingredients as I can while still producing a high-quality product," Fox noted.

As of right now, she only sells online but you may be able to catch her at some vendor shows and craft markets soon.
